About The Kalikow Group --
The K&S division of the Kalikow Group is a private source of Joint Venture Equity financing for middle-market Real Estate Developers. Headed by Edward Kalikow, we have been acquiring and developing all types of real estate projects for over 25 years. We also "land bank" select properties for future development by national builders. To date we have raised $103 million of equity capital which has funded projects valued in excess of $850 million.

Our focus is the middle-market developer who needs equity or credit enhancements to implement well-located ready-to-go quality projects.
