Locations Desired	Assets / Projects in the Northeast, Southeast, Texas and select other markets will be considered.
Type of Real Estate	Residential, Retail, Office, and Land.
Investment Range	KEP’s investment range is generally $2,000,000 to $10,000,000. However, select opportunities outside and below this range will also be considered.
