Properties in the Northeast, Southeast and select other markets will be
considered.
Type of Real Estate
Single, Multi-Family, and Land Development for sale.
Retail Properties will be considered.
Investment Range
KEP will consider Joint Venture opportunities ranging from $2 to $10 million. Select properties outside of this range will also be considered.
Exit Strategy
Goal is to build equity and income. Average holding period will be from three to five years, depending on the type of property and the market location.
