Property Information

Acquisition of 610± acre of vacant land located in Bexar County, San Antonio Texas at Highway 1604N and Highway 90 slated for over 2,400 homes and 70 acres of commercial/retail use. 90+/- acres of residential land was sold to LGI Homes in July, 2010 and LGI is actively developing the site and expected to build over 400 homes. LRGA still retains ownership in 519+/- acres of real property (448 acres of residential land and 71 acres of commercial frontage on Highway 90). LGI Homes, based in Conroe, Texas, is one of the fastest growing home builders in all of Texas and has performed extremely well during the recent housing down turn.
