Property Information
Acquisition of a 274 +/- acre parcel of vacant land located in Iowa Colony, Houston, Texas, and to subdivide and develop into 716 improved residential building lots. The project represents the initial phase of a 1,164 +/- acre, 3,100 +/- lot Master Development Plan.
Lot Purchase Agreements have been entered into with seven qualified builders (Perry Homes, MHI Homebuilders, Westin Homes, First Texas Homes, Chesmar Homes, Serenity Homes and Castlerock Homes) for the sale of 656 of the lots.
