Gregory Kalikow is the fourth generation in his family’s real estate business. Mr. Kalikow graduated Washington University in St. Louis in 2007 with a degree in Marketing and Political Science. He Graduated Hofstra Law School in 2010 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011.
Mr. Kalikow has been working with The Kalikow Group since 2003 on the overseeing and management of his families’ real estate holdings. Additionally, Mr. Kalikow has helped provide his company with legal expertise in order to develop rental, single family, and condominium units as well as shopping centers in various projects both in and outside of New York.
As Senior Vice President of the Kalikow Group, Mr. Siegel’s primary responsibilities include analyzing and performing due diligence on prospective acquisitions and managing existing projects.
Mr. Siegel’s extensive real estate finance and business knowledge afford him the ability to creatively structure, negotiate and diligently underwrite new transactions and effectively manage active projects in the company’s portfolio.
Prior to joining The Kalikow Group in 2004, Siegel was with Angelo, Gordon and Co., where he worked for the finance and accounting group of a $1 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Siegel worked for a boutique hedge fund and the Ernst and Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Manhattan.
Mr. Siegel received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin with a focus in Real Estate Finance and Accounting. Mr. Siegel is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
As an in-house financial analyst, Ms. Scandalios’ responsibilities include monitoring ongoing investment performance and structuring transaction models used for valuation, budgeting and strategic planning. She also analyzes property reporting for several KEP Joint Ventures and serves as a liaison between management, developers, property managers and brokers.
Ms. Scandalios has 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing and real estate advisory services. Prior to joining the Kalikow Group in 2002, she was employed by Credit Suisse First Boston as an asset manager for residential mortgage products and by Arthur Andersen LLP as an audit and tax accountant.
Ms. Scandalios received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Mathematics from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT in 1991 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
